The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) Alumni Helpdesk provides information you would need. You can easily access this information in this Helpdesk. Information is arranged as "solution articles" in the "Solutions" tab or "Knowledge Base." 

 

Whether you are a logged in user or not, you can search for existing solutions or solution articles to questions or inquiries you might have concerning you as a UPOU alumna/alumnus.



Now, if none of the steps in the article helped you, you can file a ticket. Think of a ticket similar to an email. A ticket is a message we receive from you when you have inquiries or concerns that need attention.

 

Follow these steps to file a ticket:

 

1.    On the UPOU Alumni Helpdesk, click on New Support Ticket.”

2.    Specify the type of your ticket.

3.    Choose an appropriate topic for your ticket.

4.    Concisely identify your ticket subject.

5.    Indicate the following information on the “Description” field:

  • Requester's name

  • Requester's office

  • Date requested

  • Complete details of request (indicate only what is necessary):

    • What

    • Where

    • When

    • Why (Purpose)

    • How 

6.    You can attach a file to your request, if necessary.

7.    Submit the ticket.
