The UP alumni email account (@alum.up.edu.ph) is a life-long email address given to every graduate of the university.

How to apply:

 

  1. Download and fill up the UP Office of Alumni Relations (OAR) Alumni Update Form.

  2. Send the form to up.alumnioffice@up.edu.ph along with one (1) copy of any government-issued ID.

  3. After verifying your application, the OAR will send your details to the UP Information Technology Development Center (UP ITDC) for the processing of your alumni account.

  4. Wait for UP ITDC to send your alumni credentials via email.
