The current UPOU Alumni Foundation, Inc. (UPOUAFI) officers for 2020 to 2023 were elected on August 11-15, 2020 in an online election where new graduates and alumni voted to continue the representation of the UPOU alumni in the UP community. Every 3 years, UPOUAFI elects its new set of officers to lead them. Below are the UPOU alumni elected for each positions:

The UPOUAFI is a non-stock, non-profit organization constituted by the pioneering alumni of UPOU. UPOUAFI was previously called the UPOU Alumni Association (UPOUAA) in 2001 until 2006 where they elected a new set of officers officially as UPOUAFI.
