The University of the Philippines Alumni Association (UPAA) is the official organization of all Alumni chapters in the Philippines and abroad. It is duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a non-stock, non-profit organization. Here's how to become a member in good standing of UPAA:
Read the UP Alumni Privacy Notice and UPAA Privacy Notice first.
Accomplish the UPAA Membership form and email this, together with the scanned copies of your 2”x2” picture, one government-issued ID, UPOU certification of graduation, and proof of payment, to upalumniasso@gmail.com.
You may pay the alumni fee as follows:
UPAA Lifetime Membership fee
- For locally-based alumni--two thousand pesos (PhP 2,000.00) and delivery fee of two hundred pesos (PhP 200.00); or
- For alumni based abroad--fifty U.S. dollars (US$ 50.00) and delivery fee of thirty-five U.S. dollars (US$35.00).
- UPAA Annual Membership fee
- For locally-based alumni only--three hundred pesos (PhP 300.00) and delivery fee of two hundred pesos (PhP 200.00).

5. Once your application is approved, you will receive your UPAA Lifetime Membership ID, certificate, and 1 pin (for lifetime members), or your UPAA Annual Membership ID (for annual members). You are now a member in good standing of the UP Alumni Association!
